We have a 30-day return policy on select merchandise, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase. Depending on the return claim, our customer service team may ask for proof of damage for a refund. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted and verified, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Select third-party items from our small business vendors may not be eligible for returns. These excluded items include Dilo Studio Incense Cones, any sleep masks (due to hygiene reasons) and No-Tox-Life Shower Steamers.
Damages and issues
Mistakes and damages sometime happen! Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It's always best to send us a photo and describe the issue with your order number in the body of the e-mail. Send a detailed e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will handle your issue on a case by case basis.
Sale Items or Gift Cards or Gift Certificates
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you received this item as a gift, we unfortunately cannot return or exchange the item without the original customer's information. We do not currently issue gift certificates or credits at this time.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
